Profile sought:
- Level of study: minimum Bac + 5 in Business Management, Banking / Finance or any equivalent diploma;
- Experience: minimum five (05) years in the world of Finance;
- Assets: proven managerial skills (particularly in management functions, 2 years continuous minimum);
- Major asset proven technical skills in the practice of microfinance (5 years minimum).
