DESIGN OFFICE MANAGER
ABOUT US
Our company specializes in the installation of electrical equipment,
environmental energy, refrigeration and air conditioning, plumbing. For professionals,
industrialists or individuals. As part of our activities, we are looking for a
motivated Design Office Manager to ensure technical mastery of the
customer’s needs and study its feasibility.

Main missions
• Analyze and validate customer needs
• Validate technical solutions related to customer requests (Call for tender,
request for quotation);
• Assist business engineers in carrying out projects by producing
technical files for the execution of works;
• Validate alternative technical solutions and estimate their costs
• Provide technical support in carrying out works;
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of construction sites in relation to the
initial execution plan;
• Ensure responsibility for the quality of studies and delivery times of
technical files
• Ensure compliance with and application of international standards and norms in
electrical and energy engineering

Profile sought
• Academic level: At least Bac + 3/4 Electrical Engineering/Energy
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in the field

•Knowledge in Project Management, Technology Monitoring, Management and
IT
•Sense of initiative, organization
•Be rigorous
•Perfect command of the French and/or English language
Good physical presentation
