RECRUITMENT: DIGITAL BANKING SECTION HEAD
Closing date: 08/15/2025 at 5:00 p.m.
Missions and responsibilities
- Improve the usage rate of digital services: Monitor and take action on unsuccessful transactions;
- Supporting the sales force and Corporate Clients in the use of digital solutions: Supervising the activity of Brand Ambassadors;
- Organize meetings with Brand Ambassadors twice a month in person/online
- Monitor the tasks carried out by Customer Services Officers;
Job Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing/finance/sales/banking/management.
- Desired experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, particularly in Sales, and perfect knowledge of the banking environment, professions and services.
- Good knowledge of digital products and market offerings.
