ACTIVITIES

• Understanding of the strategy implemented by the General Management and the declination into operational action plans;
• The development and optimized monitoring of the Directorate’s budget;
• The development of the external communication strategy (press organ, website, social networks, professional networks);
• The development of the marketing, commercial and land development strategy;
• Development of the institutional communication plan;
• The negotiation of land opportunities for the realization of real estate projects;
• The validation of feasibility studies and follow-up of each project until the signing of the promise of sale;
• Interaction with local authorities, developers, notaries, architects, institutional investors
  , etc.;
• The elaboration of projects and the implementation of business development plans in the municipalities in collaboration with the
  Head of the Investment and Portfolio Department.
• Promotion of the company’s brand image at the national and international levels, in relation to other entities;
• Evaluation of partnership, sponsorship and publicity opportunities;

Profile:

• Bac + 5 in communication / Marketing or equivalent diploma
• More than 10 years significant similar experience
