• Carry out driving duties assigned by the supervisor, ensuring strict compliance with traffic laws and speed limits.
• Collect and distribute mail, parcels and carry out administrative errands.
• Transport office and field personnel to various sites and regions.
• Check the Foundation’s vehicle documents to ensure their validity (including insurance);
• Ensure daily vehicle maintenance in Fleetio with clear comments and observations: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, fire extinguisher, washing; etc.
• Submit accurate vehicle movement log with Tom Card Fuel tickets on the last business day of the month.

– Language: Good knowledge of French. 
– Education: BEPC / CAP / GCE O Levels, defensive driving training would be an asset.
– Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a driver. 
– At least 5 months of experience within an international NGO would be an asset. 
– Possess a valid category B driving license.
– Good knowledge of the Littoral, Centre & East regions.
– Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word) and the Internet.
– Basic knowledge of car mechanics. 
– Good knowledge of the highway code.
– Residents of each locality are strongly encouraged to apply.
