Main mission of the Marketing Manager:

Confronted with the challenges and problems of the company in terms of new technologies He/she will have to master the company’s products or services, define and apply the company’s marketing strategy; coordinate commercial and communication actions.

Skills and roles:

• • Analyzes the market (customer needs and expectations) and detects development opportunities
  • Design the marketing strategy and control its implementation,

• • Develops marketing plans (market studies, target determination, action plan)
  • Designs and implements the promotional campaign for products or services
  • Design and define the communicational, web, media and non-media strategy,
  • Coordinates communication actions (choice of communication axes, advertising and promotion)
  • Carries out the assessments of marketing actions
  • Design the commercial strategy and control its implementation,
  • Define strategies to develop the company’s offerings and revenue growth,
  • Submission of weekly/monthly reports on the evolution of turnover,
  • Marketing/sales action plan report (monthly),
  • Other reports requested by the hierarchy if any,
  • Employee Performance Report (quarterly),

• Commercial Communication Performance Report

Competencies / Requirements / Qualifications

•  M/F under 35 years old, Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, proactive and dynamic,
• Fluency in French and English Asset),
• Versatility, Adaptability, Leadership, Teamwork and under Pressure, Listening, Rigor, Determination, Results.
• Min Bac + 3 in Marketing, Strategy, Management or equivalent,
• Level of experience: 3 years or more
