Company specializing in the supply of solar energy, the provision of temporary staff, staff placement (recruitment), outsourced human resources management, coaching and training, and the production of industrial ice flakes
The Field Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for prospecting, selling, negotiating and monitoring customers for the distribution of agri-food products in the field. He must develop a customer portfolio, promote products and maximize sales in the field.
Main missions
Prospecting and Sales in the Field;
Identify and approach prospects in the defined areas.
Negotiate sales conditions and conclude transactions.
Develop and maintain a customer portfolio.
Sales Strategy and Reporting
Develop an effective sales tour plan.
Monitor sales targets and implement corrective actions if necessary.
Ensure accurate reporting of visits and sales made.
Customer Service and Loyalty
Ensure regular customer follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage complaints and propose appropriate solutions.
Implement loyalty actions to increase recurring purchases.
Required Skills Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and perseverance in the face of objections.
Good organization and rigor in sales follow-up.

Working hours Full-time work, frequent travel.
Required diploma Minimum BAC or equivalent
Reporting relationship: Placed under the direct authority of the Partnership & Sales Manager
