Missions of the ideal candidate
Ensure the visibility and positioning of the establishment on the market.
Define and implement a commercial strategy to increase the hotel’s turnover.
Develop and retain a client portfolio (companies, travel agencies, event organizers).

Main responsibilities
Supervise the sales team and ensure objectives are met.
Analyze market trends and adapt offers accordingly.
Negotiate and conclude contracts with companies and strategic partners.
Develop and manage the commercial action plan based on the objectives set by management.

Prospect for new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Implement marketing and communication actions to strengthen the hotel’s reputation.
Ensure rigorous monitoring of commercial performance and suggest adjustments if necessary.

Profile sought

Mastery of CRM tools and sales strategies.
Degree in business, marketing or hospitality management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Leadership, initiative and ability to motivate a team.
Sense of customer service and strong ability to adapt to market needs.
5 years of significant experience in business management in the hotel or tourism industry.
