HEAD OF COUNTER
Missions:
- Ensure and oversee the handling of domestic and international operations at the counter (checks, bank drafts, currencies, etc.) for the agency, customers, and correspondents
- Manage customer banking operations
- Implement the daily operational procedure
- Ensure the control and security of operations and funds
- Control the movements of counter agents and oversee their security as well as equipment made available to them
Profile:
- BAC+2/HND in banking/finance/management/accounting or equivalent diploma with 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
Skills:
- Perfect knowledge of the banking environment, trades, and services
- Knowledge of accounting
- Knowledge of sales and communication
