HEAD OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT
Missions:
- Develop the sales strategy and action plans
- Develop the communication strategy and action plans
- Supervise and lead the sales team
- Participate in setting commercial objectives based on the company’s strategic direction
- Negotiate commercial partnerships
- Manage the evolution of its employees and monitor their performance
- Ensure implementation of recommendations from hierarchy or general management

Profile:
- Minimum BAC+3/HND or Degree in Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Perfect command of French and English
Skills:
- Perfect knowledge of the banking environment
- Knowledge of sales and communication
- Knowledge of customer relationship management
- Good managerial skills
