JOB OFFER – HEAD OF ELECTRONIC MONEY SERVICE
Location: Yaoundé – Cameroon
Reporting to: Department of Information Systems and Development

Main missions
The Head of Electronic Money Service ensures the coordination, management and development of
activities related to electronic money services in order to guarantee an efficient, secure offer that meets customer expectations. In this capacity, he/she will be responsible for:  Defining, implementing and monitoring the institution’s electronic money policies;  Ensuring the availability and quality of electronic payment products and services;  Managing the electronic money team and ensuring the operational efficiency of the system. Key activities  Ensuring the daily monitoring of electronic money transactions;  Managing the corresponding accounts and ensuring effective reconciliation;  Configuring and administering electronic payment terminals (EPTs);  Ensuring the availability of automated teller machines (ATMs);  Supervise the personalization and deployment of cards;  Ensure the relationship with suppliers and technical partners;  Supervise, organize and support the electronic payment team. Desired profile Training and experience:  Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Management, Banking, Finance, IT or equivalent field;  Professional certification (asset);  Minimum 3 years of experience in the management of back-office electronic payment operations, cards or electronic payment systems;  Good command of banking regulations relating to electronic payment. Technical skills:  Knowledge of CB 5.5, FRV6, NEXO standards and protocols;  Ability to manage electronic payment integration projects;  Mastery of DAC equipment and ATM management tools;  Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and electronic payment solutions. Personal qualities:  Organization, rigor and attention to detail;  Honesty and integrity in operations management;  Excellent oral and written communication skills;  Sense of analysis and synthesis;  Leadership and ability to manage a team. Are you passionate about payment solutions and want to lead a strategic department within an innovative institution?
