Missions
Reporting to their line manager, the HR assistant will be responsible for:
Ensure administrative management of personnel (establishment and monitoring of files at the CNPS, payroll management, management of employee contracts, etc.)
Manage relationships with service providers
Ensure the development of human resources (assessment, training, motivation)
Making corporate culture a reality within the company
Ensure that all staff have the resources necessary to carry out their tasks
Effectively manage staff recruitment according to company rules
Ensure personnel files are up to date
Ensure that all departments are optimally staffed
Profile
Have at least a Bac+ 3 in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
Have at least 1 year of professional experience in the field
Have good human resources management skills
Have a good knowledge of the regulations (laws, orders, decrees) in force in Cameroon on work and working conditions
Have a good command of the use of IT tools and the Office Pack
Personal skills
Be passionate about new technologies and/or digital
Be of good moral character, rigorous and have good organizational skills
Have a good command of French and/or English
Being able to adapt to change
Be able to work under pressure
Knowing how to maintain confidentiality both internally and externally
Be proactive, curious, dynamic, insightful, friendly
Have a sense of discipline and responsibility
