HSEQ Manager needed at Tradex

Tradex is looking for an HSEQ Manager as part of its activities.

MISSIONS

• Implement an HSEQ management program.
• Assess, prevent risks and propose risk mitigation measures
• Ensure security reporting and establish monitoring tables
• Ensure staff awareness and training in health, safety and environment
• Ensure the awareness and training of drivers, in collaboration with the operations management, in Health, Safety and Environment

• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules by our carriers
• Develop contingency and response plans
• Implement the safety, environment approach within the company
• Develop/monitor environmental impact studies
• Prepare for certification audits
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct field inspections

INITIAL TRAINING

• Master 2 in HSE, QSE, or Technical Engineering Diploma (BAC + 5) with a minimum experience of 3 years in the industrial field QHSE

KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL TO THE ACQUISITION OF THE POSITION

• General technical knowledge / Risk management
• Knowledge of health, safety, environment and working conditions regulations
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards or more broadly of health, safety, environment quality standards (ISO 9001v 2015, ISO 14000v 2015, ISO 45001v 2018)
• Experience in implementing a QSHE policy
• Management experience in the QHSE field

ASSETS

• Good knowledge of the downstream oil sector
