Impact Santé Afrique (ISA) is looking for a development specialist

As part of its activities, Impact Santé Afrique (ISA) is looking for a development specialist whose mission will be to assist ISA in documenting the impact of these activities as well as providing technical support for program activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with management, he/she is primarily responsible for:

• Foster relationships and identify potential new partners and proactively initiate relationships with ISA
• Assist in drafting and developing partnership projects
• Analyze the results of partnerships to determine the effectiveness of future projects;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree in Management, or any other related field with proven skills in organizational development;
• At least three (3) years of experience in a similar field;
• Have a good command of computer tools, especially Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate rigor in work, high availability, ability to work in a team and a high spirit of initiative.
• Having an interest in the health field would be an asset
