Import / Export Agent needed Europe Afrique Intérim (EAI)

The company Europe Afrique Intérim (EAI), specialized in subcontracting and human resources management, recruits for the needs of its client a major prestigious bank of the place, an Import / Export Agent, for a mission of 1 year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of the trade counter.
• will intervene in the chain of processing of transfer files
• Realization of the conformity check of the files in USD.
• Preparation of import declaration and domiciliation of services.
• Remediation of payments from foreign service providers in accordance with BEAC regulations.
• Monitor the payment of customs duties to the Authorized Customs Commissioners.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Mastery of international trade operations.
• Good knowledge of the new foreign exchange regulations.
• Knowledge of international incotems and procedures.
• Knowledge of the customs circuit and procedures.
• Knowledge of customs clearance operations.
• Mastery of office pack (Excel, Word).

• French: fluent
• English: Professional
