MISSION S
The Teleactor’s main mission is to make distance selling, file qualification, prospecting, surveys, order taking, making appointments, market research…, issuing or receiving calls with customers or prospects.
Before taking charge of his mission, a complete training is provided in order to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
PROFILE
- Minimum BAC +2 in communication, marketing, sales, accounting… etc
- Perfect command of the French language, with good fluency both orally and in writing.
- Sales techniques and arguments
- Good active listening skills
- Mastery of telephone marketing techniques
- Excellent customer approach and strong ability to convince.
- Ability to manage stress
