Internal Controller (M/F)

Location: Not specified (Microfinance Establishment) Sector: Microfinance

Internal Interface:

• The accountant;
• The Loan Office;
• Business Development Manager.

External Interface:

• External Auditors;
• Taxation Authorities;
• CNPS.

Dimensions:

• Attend and present reports on 12 Board Meetings a year;
• Review all monthly and year-end Financial Statements.

Skills/Responsibilities: Job Profile:

• Hold a 4/5-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Management and/or any other equivalent qualification;
• Have at least five (05) years’ professional experience in an administrative, legal or banking system;
• Be proficient in control, internal audit and risk management procedures;
• Good knowledge of CEMAC/COBAC regulations and OHADA law;
• Have a good understanding of the regulatory and operational environment of microfinance;
• Have a good command of the official languages (French/English).
