IRELIS, an agency specializing in digital support for companies and talent in Cameroon and Africa, is recruiting an HR Manager to strengthen its team in Douala.
Your missions:
– Advise and support recruiters in each step of their process
– Manage digital recruitment campaigns: sourcing, interviews, assessment, onboarding
– Train and support our clients’ HR managers
– Manage a talent pool, build tailor-made solutions
– Guarantee customer satisfaction, be a driving force for advice and continuous improvement
Profile sought:
– Bac+5 HR and experience in an HR firm (essential)
– Good interpersonal skills, consulting skills and “solution-oriented”
– Proactive, digitally proficient (LinkedIn, website, social networks)
– Proactivity, strong sense of customer satisfaction, self-discipline, leadership.
