IT Intern (M/F) AT MATRIX TELECOMS – Telecommunications Operator

INTERNSHIP MISSION
The intern will be responsible for implementing the GLPI solution to improve the monitoring of customer complaints and incidents, in conjunction with the
NOC (Network Operations Center) department and other relevant departments.
The intern will have to configure the tool
and optimize customer ticket processing processes.
LEVEL AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Networks and Telecommunications, or any other relevant technical field.
• Type of experience: One (1) GIS or cartography use would be an asset.

• Implementation and configuration of GLPI • Ticket monitoring and incident management • Technical assistance
