ECA – IT Support Position
Job Offer: IT Support
Work Location:
Douala, Cameroon
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure technical support for employees (installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment):
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Ensure secure access to IT tools (messaging, software, IT management, etc.)
Administer and maintain servers
Implement backup and data recovery procedures
Ensure IT monitoring and propose improvements in cybersecurity and IT optimization
Train users in best IT practices and the use of internal tools
Qualifications:
Holder of at least a BAC+2/BAC+3 in IT, Networks, or equivalent
Bilingual (English and French)
Professional Experience:
At least two (02) years of experience in the IT field
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Windows 11 systems, Office Suite, Microsoft 365, and management software
Knowledge of network administration and cybersecurity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team spirit and sense of service
Excellent organizational and rigor skills
Additional Benefits:
Experience in a consulting firm or user support role
Knowledge of ERP or financial management software
IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, etc.)
