HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
A local hotel is looking for 01 HR Manager
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
MAIN MISSIONS & ACTIVITIES
- Define, in collaboration with the CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, the human resources management policy and ensure the operational implementation of the action plan.
- Administration and payroll (70%)
- HR development (30%)
- Recruitment- training- staff evaluation
- Promote the employer brand and corporate culture.
PROFILE :
- Minimum license or BTS in HRM/Management,
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Age: 25 – 35 years old
