HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

A local hotel is looking for 01 HR Manager

TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI

 

 

 

MAIN MISSIONS & ACTIVITIES 

• Define, in collaboration with the CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, the human resources management policy and ensure the operational implementation of the action plan.
• Administration and payroll (70%)
• HR development (30%)
• Recruitment- training- staff evaluation
• Promote the employer brand and corporate culture.

 

 

 

PROFILE :

• Minimum license or BTS in HRM/Management,
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Age: 25 – 35 years old
