- Have at least the IBC;
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
SKILLS
- Fluency and good speech;
- Good writing skills;
- Mastery of office automation tools;
- Good interpersonal skills and sense of diplomacy;
- Sense of welcome;
- Excellent listening skills;
- Assertiveness.
