We are looking for 01 Administrative and Sales Assistant Equipment M/F based: Cameroon

 

Job description:

The main missions of the Equipment Administrative and Commercial Assistant are to participate in the development of the group’s strategy and to intervene in all marketing actions.

Welcoming customers at the showroom

Information & directing customers to salespeople/brand managers

 

Creation of New Vehicle files

  •  Opening of files & classification of all documents by sub-theme
  •  Iziflo proforma edition for the Sales Director and Brand Managers
  • PF classification for salespeople
  • Entry & transmission of credit files for validation
  •  Entering purchase orders from the Sales Director & Classifying orders for the team
  •  Reminder to obtain the vouchers to be issued or minutes from the banks
  •  Sending invoice and duplicate of the minutes or vouchers to be issued signed for payment
  •  Presentation of bank minutes to clients for signature
  •  Contact between the tracking company and new vehicle preparation (for 100% of financing)
  •  Archiving of business summary sheets from import sales administration
  •  Entering registration requests and sending them to the registration department, monitoring, follow-up & delivery of items to the customer.

 

Follow-up of sales files with all contacts

  • Iziflo & Excel proforma edition (for 100% of financing)
  •  Transmission of invoices to the credit department for bank payment
  • Holding & sending orders
  • Maintaining & sending the monthly invoice
  •  Transmission to agencies of documents related to a delivery made to Douala
  • Preparation of minutes of sales meetings
  • Transmission of sales files for archiving

Required profile :

  •  Hold at least a BTS / DUT in Marketing, Communication, Commerce-sales or other related discipline
  • Have at least 02 years of experience in a similar position
  •  Understanding of the principles of marketing, e-marketing, and communication
  • Good knowledge of customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of administrative management
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good web culture (especially social networks)
  • Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Relational and communicational ease
  • Organizational skills and proactivity
  • Rigor
  • Curiosity and initiative
  • Autonomy and strength of proposal
  • Synthesis capacity
