Job Overview
Kalitas Construction, a leading company in the construction sector, is looking for a Customer Prospecting Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in prospecting for clients, in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Main responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients in the construction sector;
- Establish solid relationships with potential clients and maintain regular follow-up;
- Understand customer needs and effectively present Kalitas Construction’s offers;
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to meet customer needs;
- Negotiate contract terms and reach profitable deals;
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of projects to guarantee customer satisfaction;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the construction market and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in prospecting clients, preferably in the construction sector;
- Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills;
- In-depth knowledge of the construction market and its players;
- Ability to work independently and set sales targets;
- Good understanding of technical specifications related to construction;
- Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction.
