As part of its development in Cameroon, IniMoV is looking for experienced Developer Engineers to join our Digital Transformation division.

IniMoV is an international Consulting and Digital Transformation firm present in 3 countries: France, Cameroon and Ivory Coast. It was created by two experienced former consultants and managers of the international firms Accenture and BearingPoint.

Job Description

Within a team called “Innover’s team”, agile and multidisciplinary: design, architecture, devops, you will work on projects directly related to the digital strategy of our clients or on internal innovative projects.

Adepts of Scrum and eXtreme Programming methods, the members of the team are at the same time architects, developers and quality managers. In direct contact with product and/or business experts, you make user-oriented innovation your priority.

Your main tasks:

• Facilitate co-creation and brainstorming workshops.
•  Analyze customer issues and user expectations/needs.
•  Conduct studies (user interviews, field observations, user tests, audit, benchmark).
•  Script user journeys (People, Experiences, Map, Tree structure, etc.).
•  Create prototypes and WireFrames.
•  Design, understand and decline graphic charters

Profile

• Graduated Bac +3/5
•  Experience in UX or UI Design, in mobile (Web, App)
•  Mastery of bitmap and vector creation software (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint)
•  Modeling tools (Sketch, Adobe XD)
•  Good technical knowledge of front-end technologies, in particular HTML and CSS for the web.
•  In-depth web culture and good understanding of trends in graphic design and technology on the internet
•  Interest in data visualization
