Job Overview 

Kalitas Construction, a leading company in the construction sector, is looking for a Customer Prospecting Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in prospecting for clients, in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.

Main responsibilities 

 

 

• Identify and prospect new clients in the construction sector;
• Establish solid relationships with potential clients and maintain regular follow-up;
• Understand customer needs and effectively present Kalitas Construction’s offers;
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to meet customer needs;
• Negotiate contract terms and reach profitable deals;
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of projects to guarantee customer satisfaction;
•  Maintain in-depth knowledge of the construction market and industry trends.

Requirements 

 

 

 

• Proven experience in prospecting clients, preferably in the construction sector;
• Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills;
• In-depth knowledge of the construction market and its players;
• Ability to work independently and set sales targets;
• Good understanding of technical specifications related to construction;
• Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction.
