REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS # RFQ- PSM-CMR-YDE- RFQ-PSM-CMR-012a-02-2024 

ELABORATE THE STATISTICAL AND FINANCIAL DECLARATIONS (DSF) FOR 2022 AND 2023, AND SUBMISSION TO THE TAX SYSTEM FOR GHSC-PSM CAMEROON. 

Chemonics International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), under US Agency for International Development (USAID) Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM), is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to solicit quotations from service providers authorized to operate in Cameroon for Services of a firm to elaborate the Statistical and financial Declarations (DSF) for 2022 and 2023, and submission to the Tax System as elaborated in section 3 of the RFQ . 

 

 

Interested bidders should send an email to ghscpsmcameroonprocurement@ghsc-psm.org with the email title: STATISTICAL AND FINANCIAL DECLARATIONS (DSF) FOR 2022 AND 2023 or go directly to Chemonics (GHSC-PSM) Office located at Nouvelle Route Bastos in Yaoundé Y Building at the second floor to receive the full RFQ and all information regarding submissions against receipt. 

Deadline and time for submission: March 22nd , 2024 ; no later than 2:00 PM local Yaoundé time. 

NB: This RFQ does not obligate Chemonics to execute a subcontract, nor does it commit Chemonics to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals.
