KT&CO BTP SA is a company specializing in building and public works as well as quarrying.

KT&CO BTP is looking for a follow-up engineer to support its development and growth, position based in Yaoundé.

Your missions

Hierarchically attached to the General Management, your main mission is to:

• Supervise all administrative and technical activities related to the various projects.
• Manage relations with external interlocutors.

For this purpose, you will have to:

• Research the markets;
• Ensure the assembly and follow-up of tender submission files;
• Follow the evolution of invoicing;
• Optimization of CAD studies and construction sites in terms of planning and profitability;
• Participate in technical meetings and participate in the selection of subcontractors;
• Establish consultation files, analysis of offers, markets;
• Carry out or supervise technical studies in collaboration with the Project Management;
• Train the people under his responsibility in the best practices and techniques for studies and execution of construction sites;

• Ensure the design of the budgets for each site in collaboration with the administrative and financial manager, the management controller and the Project Management;
• Establish the specifications (technical, financial, etc.);
• Ensure reporting to the General Management.

Profile required

Diploma :

• Bac + 5 in civil engineering.

Experience :

• Solid experience of seven (7) years in a similar position with a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry.
• Mastery of office packs: Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, Powerpoint; spreadsheet/database, ERP, others,

LANGUAGES :

• Good practice of French: written and oral;
• Fluency in English would be a plus;
