KT&CO BTP is looking for a Project Manager to support its development and growth, position based in Yaoundé.

Your missions

Hierarchically attached to the General Management, your main mission is to:

• Ensure project management, from the study and planning phase to acceptance of the works, ensuring compliance with cost, time and quality requirements.
• Giving readability to the General Management on a daily basis on the evolution of the site (cost and deadline)
• Guarantee to the General Management the respect of standards & quality, safety & environmental respect.

For this purpose, you will have to:

Preparatory phase

• Establish with the General Management, the documents required in the contract (Insurance, deposit etc …)
• Recruit with HR, site managers
• Establish site management documents
• Plan the construction site:
• General planning to meet deadlines
• Construction budget (dry disbursements) equipment/materials/labour
• Study follow-up

Execution phase

• Setting up teams and equipment
• Organization and management of the construction site
• Track budget consumption
• Monitor the site in terms of quality
• Establish attachments and invoices
• Organize the partial and complete acceptance of the project
• Respond to all work-related emails
• Coordinate site meetings with the Project Owner and the Project Manager
• Execute or have executed the decisions of the site meeting

Reporting

• Hold weekly meetings with site teams
• Make a monthly report and present to the General Management on the evolution of the site and forecasts
• Establish as-built plans

Profile required

Diploma :

• Bac + 5 in civil engineering.

Experience :

• Solid experience of seven (7) years in a similar position with a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry.
• Mastery of office packs: Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, Powerpoint; spreadsheet/database, ERP, others,

LANGUAGES :

• Good practice of French: written and oral;
• Fluency in English would be a plus;
