Management Control Manager needed at ACEP CAMEROUN SA Microfinance MFI Category 2

The Credit Agency for Private Enterprise in Cameroon (ACEP Cameroun SA) is a public limited company with a capital of 1,440,000,000 CFA francs, whose head office is in Yaoundé, Cameroon. It was created in 1999 as a project by the Cameroonian government with funding from the European Union.

ACEP CAMEROON is recruiting a Management Control Manager.
MAIN MISSIONS
• Supervise management control in a banking or large company environment
• Set up and monitor financial analysis and management tools • Ensure the reliability of management data and reporting • Contribute to optimizing company performance • Supervise and support a team in achieving objectives 

PROFILE: • Bac+5 (business or engineering school – specialization in Finance/Management) • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in management control • Mastery of analysis tools and accounting principles • First managerial experience desired • Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills • Team spirit, rigor, responsiveness and results orientation
