Job description:
He is responsible for implementing and monitoring control and management systems, risk management
and optimizing the company’s performance. He works closely with
management teams and executives to ensure that strategic objectives are achieved
1- Participate in the strategic and operational steering of the company’s overall management
2- Develop and ensure the updating of the company’s activity steering tables
3- Ensure the steering and coordination of budget preparation campaigns.

Main Activities:

Mission 1: Management control
▪ Periodically present prospective analyses to management (summary notes,
activity reports)
▪ Carry out ad hoc simulations to assist in decision-making
▪ Assist general management in budget monitoring: arbitrations, definition of priority investments, identify factors of value creation and loss of profitability.
▪ Propose to the general management different strategic plan scenarios to improve the
economic performance of the company
▪ Support the Top management in identifying productivity factors, optimizing
financial flows and improving processes

Mission 2: Financial performance management ▪ Develop strategic (prospective), management (budgetary control) and operational (business performance)
dashboards , based on the objectives of the strategic plan validated by the general management ▪ Define the different key indicators for steering activities, performance, business-specific indicators (measuring operating costs, margins, results) and their frequency. ▪ Periodically monitor the evolution of data from the strategic and management dashboards. ▪ Analyze the gaps between forecasts and actuals and take corrective measures Mission 3: Budgeting and forecasting ▪ Establish the master plan for the forecast budgets of the management and departments ▪ Check the conformity of the budgets transmitted to the budget model

▪ Carry out analytical reviews of accounting and budgetary data, interpret
budgetary variances observed
▪ Carry out forecast analyses and propose prospective corrective actions
▪ Model and update forecast income statements
▪ Coordinate operating, investment and cash flow budgets
▪ Present the consolidated budget to top management

Mission 4: Risk management
▪ Identify and assess risks related to the company’s activities
▪ Implement measures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with
regulations
