Missions

Under the supervision of the company’s Director of Operations, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Marketing strategy development: – Develop and manage the marketing strategy in accordance with the company’s objectives; – Conduct market research; – Develop and manage marketing plans; – Propose new products; – Study and propose strategies adapted to the 4 Ps for future and existing products; – Study and propose new sales strategies for sales representatives (new market niches, etc.); – Conduct competitive intelligence.
• Marketing Campaign Management: – Design, plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.); – Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Interdepartmental collaboration: – Work closely with the sales, support and communications teams to ensure consistency of marketing actions; – Launch new products.
• Marketing budget management: – Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimization of expenditure; – Report on the financial results of the actions carried out.

Profile

• 4 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a management position;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Proficiency in marketing tools and data analysis techniques;
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
