Manager of electronic and digital operations needed at Europe Afrique Intérim

The company Europe Afrique Intérim (EAI), specialized in subcontracting and human resources management, recruits for the needs of its client a major prestigious bank of the place, a Manager of electronic and digital operations, for a mission of 1 year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze the accounts of the electronic and digital activity.
• Ensure the processing of electronic and digital compensation.
• Ensure the processing of appro Bank’s operations with telephony operators. Insure
• the preparation and entry of accounting documents.
• Participate in the resolution of customer complaints.
• Make reports to regulators, as well as bank reconciliation statements.

TECHNICAL
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Manage all operations and means of production

• Perform all production tasks: updating electronic payment operating procedures and digital services;
• Assist and develop new electronic payment and digital services;

Manage operations and monitor fraud

• Assist in dispute management, anomaly management, fraud management, and operational support of e-banking;
• Assist in the management of cover files, and tools for managing the reconciliation of electronic payment and digital transactions.
• Manage operational relations with regional and international partners (GIM-VISA-MASTERCARD);

Manage electronic payment assets

• Ensure the management of customer relations with service providers and ensure evaluations;
• Guarantee the good quality of services and the respect of the deadlines of the services;
• Manage the life cycle of electronic payment assets and anticipate developments;
• Monitor and ensure compliance of assets with the requirements of international and regional broadcast networks;

Manage compliance aspects of platforms and electronic payment assets

• Track compliance requirements
• Manage the evolution of electronic and digital electronic banking norms and standards;
• Manage the development and evolution of security strategies for the Group’s electronic payment and digital platforms;
• Ensure the monitoring and management of the operational risk of electronic payment platforms.

Digital project management

• Ensure effective participation in technology watch;
• Ensure the development of specifications in line with the Group’s digital strategy;
• Manage and monitor projects and ensure effective ownership by the end customer

EXPERIMENT

• You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience for work of the same nature.
• You have a taste for challenge.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• BAC+3 in Management, Banking, Finance, General Accounting and IFRS Standards
• Experience in bank reconciliation or account reconciliation.

LANGUAGES AND OTHERS

• French: fluent
• English: Professional

MISSION DURATION:1 year
