A MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER
a) Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of the Universal Health Coverage Section, he/she performs the following functions and tasks:
  Participate in the development and implementation of the marketing development strategy:




     Develop marketing strategies: Define promotional tools and ensure Ë. communication conducive to the visibility of the activities carried out by the health voucher project; 
     Carry out marketing activities 
  Evaluate the results of the activities at regular intervals and capitalize on the experiences carried out 
     Propose innovative and context-appropriate strategies to promote the health voucher; 
     Ensure the feedback and sharing of information from the voucher distribution channels as well as the support of women who are voucher holders. Participate in the development and implementation of the Communication plan. 
         Contribute to increasing the reach of the health voucher project: 
     Identify targets that can effectively serve as relays for social mobilization
     Ensure the stages of canvassing and awareness-raising; 
  Ensure the quality of the relationship, within its level of skills, with health voucher distributors and healthcare providers.




Reporting:
     Prepare marketing activity reports and distribution of health vouchers; o Prepare the monitoring report on the social mobilization of community actors.
Complaints monitoring: 
     Collect and relay complaints from health check beneficiaries.
b) Required profile
         Bac+3 minimum in Marketing;
    0 3 years in a similar position;
     Proven experience in advocacy within an NGO • Have knowledge of C4D strategy.
     Proficiency in IT, in particular the Office suite; Good knowledge of French and/or English; 

   0 Ability to work in a multicultural environment;

     Mastery of CAD editing software; 
     Spirit of creativity and innovation;
         Great interpersonal skills;
         Ability to analyze results;
     Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team;
     Good interpersonal skills
     ; Leader of community association; Availability to travel to remote areas; Good ability to work under pressure.
c) Location: Douala
