GENERAL INFORMATION

Type of contract: Fixed-term contract

GOALS

Supervise, organize, and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities for heavy goods vehicles to ensure their
availability, reliability, compliance with safety standards, and the performance of the technical team. He/she acts as a link between
field teams and technical management.
MISSIONS
Organize vehicle maintenance and repair operations, distribute tasks within the team, monitor the quality
of work carried out, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. Manage priorities, communicate with
internal departments, identify equipment and training needs, and ensure the overall smooth running of the workshop.

SKILLS
• Level of studies: Bachelor’s degree in auto mechanics
• Excellent knowledge of heavy goods vehicle mechanics
• Mastery of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Ability to supervise technical checks, audits and regulatory inspections
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize interventions according to emergencies and available resources
• Management of stocks of spare parts and consumables
• Rigor, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt to various technologies and vehicle models
• Sense of budget management

Experience: minimum 02 years
