MONEY ACCOUNTANT
Location: Yaoundé – Cameroon
Reporting to: Department of Information Systems and Development
– ​​General Management
Main missions
The Money Accountant is responsible for ensuring the reliability of financial operations related
to money activities. In this capacity, he/she will be responsible for:
Accounting Management of Money Operations:
 Account and record money transactions in the appropriate accounts
 Manage debits and credits related to money activities

 Check the accuracy of bank charges associated with transactions
Control and Analysis:
 Identify and manage risks related to electronic money transactions
 Analyze electronic money data to detect trends and anomalies
 Manage disputes and complaints related to transactions
Process Optimization:
 Participate in the continuous improvement of electronic money processes
 Ensure the reliability and traceability of operations
Key Activities
 Recording and accounting monitoring of electronic money transactions
 Reconciliation and control of operations
 Regular analysis of data and indicators
 Dispute management and resolution of discrepancies
 Verification and validation of bank charges
 Preparation of reports and dashboards.
Required profile
Training and experience:
 Bac + 2 or Bac + 3 in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Management, Commerce or equivalent;
 Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the banking sector;
 Mastery of banking management software (Amplitude).
Technical skills:
 Mastery of accounting software;
 Good knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting principles;
 Knowledge of regulations relating to electronic money transactions;

 Familiarity with electronic payment equipment (DAC type);
 Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and electronic payment solutions.
Personal skills:
 Organization, discretion, rigor and attention to detail;
 Good analytical and synthesis skills;
 Honesty, integrity and reliability;
 Ability to work under pressure;
 Excellent communication in French, both oral and written
