Name Recycling Sarl is looking for 01 Maintenance Supervisor (Bac +3/5 in electromechanics)

MISSION OF POSITION

Under the supervision of the GROUP TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, The incumbent will be responsible for planning maintenance and repair operations of industrial machines (shredder, extruder etc …).

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Organize, manage and supervise the work of the maintenance department of the production plant;
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team;
• Monitor and control the quality of the various maintenance interventions
• Ensure an improvement of production equipment and its adaptation to organizational changes
• Ensure the proper functioning and performance of the maintenance department

• Manage human and material resources for maintenance and provide them with technical support
• Manage the department (indicator and process)
• Design and improve maintenance procedures
• Develop provisional maintenance schedules: anticipate, plan and manage priorities
• Optimize the maintenance budget
• Manage improvement and investment projects
• Ensure the safety of equipment and personnel
• Other ad hoc missions that the technical director deems necessary.
