Dear Sir or Madam,

1. The Employer, Population Services International (PSI) Cameroon is acting as the
executing agency for the Reproductive Health Services Access Program Phase II (PASSR II)
for the implementation and monitoring of communication and social mobilization activities targeting
target groups. With the aim of increasing the use of modern methods of
contraception and intends to engage one sub-recipient per region for which this
Request for Proposals is issued. As KfW is providing funding for the project, any payment is
subject to the underlying funding agreements and no party other than the Employer
shall derive any rights or have any claims on the project proceeds.
2. The Employer now invites Proposals to provide the following consultancy services
hereinafter referred to as Services: Recruitment of a consultant for the external
data quality audit of the Reproductive Health Services Access Program
Phase II (PASSR II). Further details on the Services are given in the
Terms of Reference (Section 5).
A company is selected in accordance with the procedures described in the
KfW Guidelines for the procurement of consultancy services, civil works,
installations, supplies and miscellaneous Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries, which can be found on the
