NETWORK OPERATIONS ENGINEERS NEEDED AT SWECOM CAMEROON

JOB DESCRIPTION 
Oversee network performance and capacity – identify potential network problems and alert appropriate personnel
Diagnose and resolve network errors
Track and document network problems and write
incident reports
– Perform regular audits of network hardware and software Troubleshoot network problems
Respond to network alerts and hardware malfunctions
– Track and document network errors
– Oversee the installation of network hardware and cabling
Deploy and inspect new computer systems
Respond to user inquiries and provide network training Manage system backups and network security protocols

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field Minimum 2 years of experience in an ISP environment: – Broadband technology, IP networking (routing and switching), Fiber optics
– Significant experience as a NOC
(Network Operations Center)
– Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
SWECOM
CERTIFICATIONS
Certifications CISCO/MIKROTIK (CCNA, CCNP, CFOT and other similar professional certifications are highly recommended)
