Description of the mission
Your main missions:

 Monitor customer file operations from opening to archiving.
 Record the elements of the complete files in the tool provided for this purpose.

 Monitor the risks of demurrage and detention in order to avoid extra charges.

Your daily activities:

1. Receive and check the conformity of customer file documentation with the validated quotation
2. Create the file in the business tool in accordance with the file requirements and keep it up to date, at each stage of processing
3. Carry out the administrative operations required for the processing of the customer file within the validated deadlines
4. Regularly monitor the arrival of ships and departures of ships and request the recognition of shipped packages

5. Carry out regular monitoring of customs operations carried out on the client file (invoicing of customs duties,

Profile
 Minimum BAC+ 2/3 in International Trade, Transit, Logistics or any other equivalent diploma;
 Good knowledge of incoterms;
 Good knowledge of customs regulations;
 Have good computer skills: excel, word, powerpoint;

 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the field of activity is required;

 Fluency in English is an asset;
 Ability to work in a team;
 Good communication skills;
 Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities;
 Organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills;
