General information
Comprised of a group of Cameroonian shareholders, Africa Global Logistics, CMA CGM, and CHEC, the Kribi Conteneurs Terminal consortium is the concessionaire for the container terminal at the Kribi deepwater port.
KCT provides Cameroon’s logistics chain with modern infrastructure, adapted to the new generation of transoceanic vessels, including 350-meter quays that can accommodate vessels with a capacity of up to 11,000 TEUs. The infrastructure and equipment comply with the highest international standards.
A true gateway to Cameroon and its hinterland countries, such as Chad and the Central African Republic, this new terminal is expected to facilitate the growth of regional trade and accelerate the country’s economic growth. Kribi Conteneurs Terminal also aims to position itself as a transshipment hub.

Mission Description
• Coordinate all internal and external training of the DEX;
• Provide specific business training;
• Ensure the provision of teams trained to KCT and international standards (Safety, Business and Technology);
• Guarantee a maximum rate of availability of resources (human and equipment) for terminal operations;
• Manage, support and set performance objectives for the Training, Staff Control and Equipment Pre-check teams;
• Collaborate with operational excellence to implement actions that will improve operational processes;
• Actively contribute to improving terminal performance (ship/yard/quay);
• Support to QHSE teams for the application of QHSE rules and standards within the DEX and DT;
• Ensure the animation and coordination of the activities of the training, staff control & Equipment pre-check teams;
• Be actively involved in the process of continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and company results;
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of internal controls;
• Ensure the good condition, proper use and maintenance of the equipment for which he is responsible;
• Respect and enforce the internal regulations, work procedures and HSE instructions in force;
• Act as a referent/model within the team;
• Any other tasks assigned by the hierarchy.
Profile
• Hold a minimum BAC +3/4 diploma or any other equivalent diploma;
• Have a cumulative experience of 10 years, including 7 in a similar position
• Have a cumulative experience of 10 in port handling professions
• Have at least 10 years of experience in port professions training;
• Have a very good command of all port activities and terminal operations;
• Have a good command of loading and unloading operations;
• Have a good knowledge of the maritime and port sector;
• Have a very good command of customs regulations;
• Required qualities: Excellent organizational and planning skills – ability to communicate effectively – ability to work under pressure – demonstrate good integrity – ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Show strong adherence and respect for the KCT code of conduct and values;
• Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
