KYC/Administrative Intern
Internship duration: 1 month (renewable)
Location: Douala, Rue-Foch opposite the FOTON dealership
Missions:
-
- Participate in the creation of Unique Identification Numbers (UIN);
- Review the compliance and completeness of the documentation provided by the client; Contact clients to provide them with better assistance;
- Support users in difficulty in the process of finalizing their KYC

Customer Service Intern
Internship duration: 1 month (renewable)
Location: Douala, Rue-Foch opposite the FOTON dealership
Compensation: Students will systematically receive compensation.
Missions:

- Assist customers with the difficulties they encounter and provide solutions;
- Make phone calls to convert our prospects;
- Support our teams in prospecting for our future clients;
- Analyze the performance of customer service actions and suggest improvements.
