We are planning to strengthen our business development team and are recruiting interns whom we will train in our areas of expertise so that they can achieve the expected results.
What you will do
As a tender and project assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
– Research opportunities on behalf of the firm (calls for tenders, calls for expressions of interest, requests for quotation, etc.);
– Manage the end-to-end process of producing high-quality offers, including content development, partner research, internal coordination, and discussions with the sponsor;
– Coordinate contributions from a wide range of functions and individuals within and outside the company, ensuring that all contributions are made within specific timeframes and meet the requirements of the RFP;
– Ensure that offers developed in response to opportunities are in line with the terms of reference, office standards and client requirements, validated internally and are submitted on time through the appropriate channels;
– Manage the business developed and the client portfolio built;
– Conduct studies and project management activities;
– Contribute to the development of a network of partners (experts and companies) in several countries;
– Contribute to the bidding team achieving the set objectives.
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Agriculture, Statistics, Environmental Studies, Computer Science, Marketing/Sales
Initial professional experience in the tender process, project management, market research, economic forecasting, new product introduction, software development, or any relevant experience related to the above areas.
Skills
Ability to communicate confidently, clearly and expressively
Excellent command of French (spoken, written and read) – knowledge of English will be an asset
Strong attention to detail and excellent editing and proofreading skills
Sense of respect for deadlines, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
Behavior reflecting MK values
Ability to work independently and ensure planned workload is completed in accordance with priorities
Good knowledge of technology trends, office and project management software (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, graphic design).
