About the Role
The podcast IT Editor will be primarily responsible for enhancing the quality of the podcast and

social media handles recording, ensuring that all final product aligns with the shows concept and
style. Your role will involve editing raw video and audio files, removing unwanted sounds, adding
necessary sound effects and produce a professional podcast episode.
You will also manage the company’s online presence across platforms (social media
handles,website). Create content, engage with audiences, and analyse performance metrics to
enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include/key functions and accountabilities:
Job Responsibility #:
• Edit raw audio recordings to produce high-quality podcast episodes.
• Add sound effects, music, and other audio elements to enhance the listening
experience.
• Ensure audio levels are consistent and balanced throughout each episode.
• Collaborate with hosts, producers, and other team members to achieve the desired
sound.
• Review and provide feedback on audio quality and content.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any audio issues that arise during editing.
• Maintain an organized library of audio files and project assets.
• Optimize audio files for various platforms and distribution channels.
• Conduct quality checks before finalizing episodes for release.
• Assist in the development of new podcast concepts and formats.
• Create, publish and manage all content (images, video, written).
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating
leads and sales.
• Design and create social ad campaigns, monitoring and reporting on their
effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest
improvements.

• Contribute and temporally manage company’s website
Requirement:
• Degree in IT, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or another related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience as an Editor or a similar role
• Editing and proofreading skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
Technical and Other Skills:
• Proven working experience in Digital marketing and IT skills
• Familiarity with social media advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and
LinkedIn
• organizer, Community spirited, tik Tok
• Proven experience as a podcast producer or similar role in audio production
• Strong understanding of podcasting best practices; life and community trends
Fluency in English and working knowledge in French (written and spoken). If you think this is for
