PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Missions:
- Manage customer relationships and portfolios
- Advise and assist portfolio clients
- Monitor the credit files of portfolio clients
- Manage credit recovery for portfolio clients
- Recruit new clients
- Equip portfolio clients with the institution’s product range
- Ensure physical and informational openness of all portfolio documents while ensuring compliance with procedures
- Update customer data
- Ensure competitive intelligence

Profile:
- BAC+2 or 3 in marketing/sales/banking/finance or insurance
- Approximately 2 years of professional experience in a similar or equivalent position
Skills:
- Ability to negotiate, convince, and prospect
- Mastery of products/services in banking
- Ability to synthesize
- Mastery of sales and prospecting techniques
- Mastery of the use of IT tools (sales and customer relationship management, banking, finance, and legal)
