Portfolio Managers – MUFID Union – Mutual Financial Development Company, Baham
As part of the strengthening of the management team of the General Directorate, the organization and monitoring of its activities, we are looking for 02 (two) experienced Portfolio Managers who will be in charge of developing and promoting products and services, and monitoring the activities of MUFID BAHAM.

Job Title: Portfolio Manager
Overall mission of the position:
- Responsible for the development and promotion of products and services and monitoring of activities.
Your Tasks:
- Develop, promote and implement a commercial strategy for good visibility of our products and services,
- Develop, Manage, Monitor, Control and Maintain the quality of our portfolios (Memberships, Deposits, credit, etc.) while respecting the regulations and procedures in force,
- Participate in the production of activity reports,
- Direct Supervisor: Deputy General Manager in charge of operations
- Required skills:
- Be of good moral character and enjoy your civil rights,
- Academic level Bac + 3 minimum, specializing in Finance, Accounting, Audit / Management Control, Risk, Agriculture, Livestock, etc. ideally trained in a Business School;
Professional experience: 3 years minimum (litigation recovery, business law, accounting, banking and finance or in a similar position in microfinance or banking institution);
- Mastery of COBAC regulations relating to microfinance and cooperative activities,
- Mastery of financial analysis tools and credit risk assessment methodologies,
- Minimum age: 25 years,
- Have solid knowledge of IT practices (Excel, Word, etc.),
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French or English, Have a critical and persuasive mind, The pleasure of taking on new challenges and working in a team,
