Principal Customs Declarant – Douala MUTUALIS GROUP SARL
As part of the strengthening of the operational capacities of one of our partners, a transit company based in Douala, MUTUALIS GROUP SARL is urgently seeking an experienced Principal Customs Declarant.
– Location: Douala, Cameroon
– Availability: Immediate
– Main missions:
• Manage all customs clearance operations (air, sea and land) from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance of customs procedures according to the regulations in force in Cameroon and the CEMAC zone.
• Prepare and submit declarations via the E-GUCE, CAMCIS, and Baersk platforms.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure fast and efficient processing of files.
• Follow up files until final delivery.
– Desired profile:
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a customs declarant.
• Perfect mastery of Cameroonian and CEMAC customs procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of E-GUCE, CAMCIS, and Baersk platforms.
• Good understanding of air, sea, and land freight operations.
• Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and responsiveness.
