Process Quality Controller (M/F)

Location: Douala, Cameroon Company: CHOCOCAM – TIGERBRANDS Chocolaterie Confiserie du Cameroun

Main Mission: Under the supervision of the Quality Control Supervisor, the Process Quality Controller is responsible for checking raw materials, products in production, and finished products before their shipment to the finished products warehouse.

What Will You Do?

• Check raw materials and packaging upon reception at the factory;
• Check products in production according to the provided control plan;
• Check finished products before release;
• Establish anomaly and non-conformity sheets in line and monitor treatment;
• Keep up to date the records related to raw materials control activities, in-process production, and finished products;
• Collect and store witness samples (Sample libraries and Defect library);
• Perform certain physicochemical analyses;
• Carry out any other activity assigned by their hierarchy.

Skills and Aptitudes to Mobilize: Qualification and Professional Experience:

• BAC+2/3 DUT/BTS/License in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology or related discipline;
• 02 years minimum in an agri-food structure in a similar position.

Specific Requirements (Knowledge – Know-how – Soft Skills):

• Good knowledge of transformation industry;
• Computer skills, notably Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
• Speak fluent French and/or English;
• Be orderly and have a high sense of organization;
• Basic knowledge in stock management;
• Be results-oriented;
• Be proactive;
• Have a high sense of respect for deadlines;
• Good resistance to work under pressure;
• Be punctual and available.
