The Professional Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of passengers. He must provide quality service, comply with current regulations and guarantee a good customer experience.
Main missions    
 Ensure the safe transportation of passengers according to the defined routes.
 Adopt a smooth and professional driving style for the comfort of customers.

 Respect the highway code and current safety regulations.
 Carry out routine vehicle maintenance and report any anomalies.
 Manage on-board documents and ensure administrative follow-up of the vehicle.
 Use navigation tools to optimize routes and avoid traffic jams.
 Offer impeccable customer service by demonstrating courtesy and professionalism.
Required skills     Driving skills and compliance with road safety standards.
 Good knowledge of the local road network.

 Ability to manage stress and adapt to the unexpected.
 Sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
 Punctuality, rigor and discretion.
 Mastery of GPS tools and navigation applications.
Personal Profile    o Valid driving license; category B required, other categories desired.
o 02 years of proven experience as a professional driver.
o Good physical condition and ability to work flexible hours.
Working hours  Full-time work, with flexible hours according to demand.

Required diploma  Minimum BEPC or equivalent.

Reporting relationship: Placed under the direct authority of the VTC Manager.
